To the worshipfull his Lordships Justices of the Peace now sitting the humble Pet.n of George Tull
humbly Sheweth that whereas your Petitioner has for some time sold drink here at ye Court house
                   and your Petitioner haveing but a very Little hous to accomodate People in. Therefore your petitioner
                Prays leave of your Worships to Build a larger house near my Little hous here at the Court hous
                and your Petitioner as in duty Bound Shall Ever Pray            Whereupon all and Singular the
                Premisses by ye Court here seen heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon had
                                                 Therefore it is Considered and Granted by the Justices that the Said George Tull
                have Liberty to Build a twenty five foot house near his Other Little house as by the Petition afsd is Praid &c

To the worshipfull Justices of Sommersett County in Court Sitting    The humble Petition of John Ellis
humbly Sheweth that Ann Angelo sister to the Said Petitioner is at Present and for some Considerable
                time hath been in a most deplorable Condition being afflicted with the Country distemper her husband incapable
             of Yeilding her any releife being at present a Servant to Thomas Baker of this County his Servitude
             being likewise Occationed by sickness your Petitioner has Endeavoured the help of his Said Sister to the very
             utmost of his Power and been Considerable Out towards her Care but as yett in van's Your Petitioner
             therefore humbly Prays you will take her lamentable Condition into your Considerations and Order
             some means for her reliefe or to your wisdoms shall se most fitt and your Petitioner as in duty bound
             shall Ever Pray
                                                                               Whereupon all and singular the Premisses by the Court here seen
              heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon had &.a
                                                                                                                         Therefore it is Considered by the Justices
             here the Nineteenth day of March Ann Dom One thousand seven hundred and Twenty two that there shall be paid
             to any Person or Persons that Shall make a Cure of the Said Ann Alegele afd the Sum of One thousand pounds
             of tob.o at next Levy Court &a


             Robert ^James^ Givans of Somrsett County Gent brings into his Servant man Called Francis White who had been
             remedy from his said Masters Service fourteen days   and Prays the Judgm.t of the Court thereon according to
             act of assembly in that Case made and Provided         Thereupon the Court do Order and Adjudge the Said
             Francis White to serve his said Master Robert Givans Seven days for One for Every day that the said Francis
             White absented himselfe from Out of his Said Masters Service which do amount in the whole to Ninety Eight
             Days and for as much as the Said Givans was at two hundred pounds of tobacco Charge and for same other fees ^in taking him^
             the Said Francis White for Satisfaction thereof is adjudged to serve his Said Master two months which
             service afd of ye said Francis White afd adjudged by the Court is to be Compleat and finished after ye Expiration
             of his Indented Servitude &a


Thomas Collins

    To his Lordships Worshipfull Court now Sitting the Petition of Thomas Collins humbly Sheweth
whereas your Petitioner by his Lordships road Joyning upon his Elentation much unto ye Prejudice of
             your Petitioner by reasonable & best and Plantable Land is Over ye road from your Petitioner but
             there is a way that it may be turn'd which I have Cleared much to ye Content and Satisfaction of ye generally
             of ye Neighbourhood which is as neare as ye Old road and ye Chiefest of it on as high ground therefore
             your Petitioner humbly Craves your Worships Order for turning the road and if there be any Complaint
