1724 188 and more Especially to Isaiah Bredall and his family &c Likewise the said John Holloway Sen undertakes for the said Mary Holloway his wife John Holloway Jun Joseph Holloway and Elizabeth Holloway and acknowledged himself to owe and Stand Justly Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord Proprietary his heirs & successors in the sum of five pound sterling Each to be Levied on his body goods or Chattells Lands or tenements for the use of his Said Lordship In Case the said Mary Holloway, John Holloway Jun Joseph Holloway & Eliz.a Holloway do not make their Personall appearance before the Justices of our County Court to be held at Dividing Creek the third tuesday of august next to answer unto his said Lordship Concerning all such Matters and things as shall be objected against them on his Lordships Behalfe and to stand & abide the Judgm.t of the Court thereupon & not to depart the same Court without Lycence thereof & in the Meantime to be of ye good Behaviour to all his Lordships Leige people & More Especially to Isaiah Bredall & his family &c
twenty three at the parish afd in the County afd within the Jurisdiction of this Court with force and armes on a Certain Sarah Gray in the peace of God and Our Said Lord proprietary then & there being an assault made and her did beat wound and Evilly treat so that of her Life it was dispaired and other harmes to her the said Sarah then and there did doe to the great damage of the same Sarah and against ye Peace of our said Lord proprietary his good rule and dignity &c Levin Gale P Dom Prop.r Test Thomas Gray on ye Back of the foregoeing Bill it was thus Endorsed vizt Ignoramus William Turpin Foreman
