Capell King bound to ye
Peace
Whereupon Came into Court a Certain Alexander Hall of Somersett
County Gentl: and prays that a Certain Capell King of the same County
                                  may give Security for his good beheaviour toward him and makes oath
that he doth not Crave the Surety ^of the peace^ against him out of hatred or Malice which he bears him but for safty
of his person from harm and preserve his Life &c           Thereupon it's ordered by the Court that ye
said Capell King give recognizance in ten pounds sterling with two securitys in five pounds sterling
each for his good behaviour and appearance at next Court &c
Thereupon the said Capell King acknowledged himselfe to Owe and Stand Justly Indebted
unto the Right honourable the Lord proprietary his heirs and Successors in the Sum of ten pounds
sterlling to be Levied on his Body goods or Chattells Lands or tenements for the use of his said Lordship
his heirs and successors   In Case he does not make his personall appearance before the
Justices of Our County Court to be held at dividing Creek in Somersett County afd the third tuesday
of august next and answer unto his Lordship the Lord proprietary Concerning all Such Matters
and things as shall be then and there objected against him on his Lordships Behalfe and to stand &
abide the Judgm.t of the Court thereupon and Not to depart the same Court without Lycence
thereof and in the mean time to be of good Behaviour to all his Lordships Leige People and
more Especially to the said Allexander Hall
                            Likewise the Said Ephraim Willson and Francis Allen both of Somersett County
Gentl.m Present here in Court undertakes for the said Capell King & Acknowledged themselves
to Owe and Stand Justly Indebted unto his said Lordship the Lord proprietary his heirs and
successors in the sum of five pounds sterling Each to be Levied on their Bodys goods or Chattells
Lands or tenements Joyntly and Severally for the Use of his Said Lordship In case the said
Capell King does not make his personall appearance before the Justices of Our County Court to
be held at Dividing Creek the third tuesday of august next and answer unto his Lordship Concerning
all such matters and things as shall be then & there objected against him on his Lordships
Behalfe and to stand & abide ye Judgmt of the Court thereupon and not to depart the same
Court without Lycence thereof and in the mean time to be of the good Behaviour to all his
Lordships Leige people and More Especially to Allexd Hall &c

    a Certain Thomas Mitchell of Somersett County Gent Present here in Court with a negro Girle
Called Sarah prays the Courts approbation Concerning the age of the said Negro Called Sarah &c
             Whereupon the Court are of Oppinion and do adjudge the said Sarah to be of the age of
twelve years this term &c

William Jones of Manigh Comes into Court and Brings with him his servant Woman Called
Sibey Garrott and makes Oath that the said Sibey Garrott had absented & runaway out of
