of this Province that now is &.c for the Body of Somrsett County afd upon their Oaths
                                  do present that Bennony Edwards of of the County afd Planter the sixth day of Janry
       ann Dom One thousand seven hundred and twenty two at Coventry Parish in the County afd within
       the Jurisdiction of this Court with force and arms &.c in and upon a Certain Elizabeth Calvert in
       the Peace of God &.c then and there being an assault he did make and her ye said Eliz.a then and there
       did Beat wound ^and^ Evilly Intreat so that after Life it was dispaired and other harms to her the said
       Eliz.a then and there did to ye great Damage of the said Eliz.a and ag.t ye Peace
