Use of Elizabeth his daughter with advices & directions viz^t
    To 4 doses of my panace
    To a quantity of Sallicovolallitt Spiritts to be take Inwardly
    To a quantity of Phagedenicks Liquors to wash her throat and other Sores
    To a quantity of other specificks for the same use
    To some Phagedenicks for her throat & other sores
    drest her throat and Left her to take 4 doses of my panace

    To some quantity of unquents for her sores
    To some quantity of specificks prepared on purpose for her sores & drest them with it
    visitt
    To some Compound specificks to wash her throat
    To some Phagedenicks waters for the same use
    To 1 dose of my panace

    To my papers of my great Phagedenicks in Powder
    To some Liquid specificks for to anoint all her sores

    To some quantity of sulphurovolatitto to be taken Inwardly Every Morning
    to some quantity of my grant Extractum Phagedenicks for her sores
    To some Injecting Waters for the sores of her throat & drest her

    To some quantity of Phagedenicks
    To some quantity of slivovol Spiritts to be taken Inwardly

Leave to Imparle hereunto untill the next Court and he hath it and the same day is given to the plft also
Att which said Next Court to witt the twentieth day of august ann Dom one thousand seven hundred & twenty
three Come again as well the said plft as the said deft by their attorneys afd and the said deft by his said atttorney
prays further Leave to Imparle hereunto untill the next Court and he hath and the same day is given to the plft
also         Att which said next Court to witt the Ninteenth day of November ann Dom one thousand seven hundred
and twenty three Come againe as well the said plft as the said deft by their attorneys afd and the said deft by his said
attorney prays further Leave to Imparle hereunto untill the Next Court & he hath it and the same day is given
to y^e plft also      Att which said next Court to witt the seventeenth day of march ann Dom one thousand seven
hundred & twenty three Come again as well the said plft as the said deft by their attorneys afd and the said
deft by his said attorney as before defends the force & Injury when &^c and says that he did not assume
