161 the said Thomas Wilson be for the future Levy Free as by the petition afd is praid &c
use or benefitt to any the said Hous going much Out of repair and to ruing therefore your petitioner humbly prays your Worships to Lett the Said Hous to your petitioner for the benefitt of a Stable and your petitioner is willing to Comply with any reasonable terms your worships shall think fitt as to repairing and Covering the said house or any Other Satisfaction and your petitioner as in duty Bound shall Every pray the petition afd being Read and heard & the premisses Considered It's agreed by the Justices that the said George Tull have the said hous dureing Pleasure he the said Tull paying yearly & Every Year dureing the time that he shall hold the said house the sum of two hundred pounds of tobacco p year to Somersett County the same being full satisfaction for the rent of the said House the said Tull ^likewise^ Leaving the Said house in as good Repair as he finds the same &c Whereas a Certain William Ackers a poor man and an Object of Charity appeared here in Court and humbly prays the Court for a pistance he being so Impotent and Indisposed by haveing severall sores on his Body and Else where that he is not able to do any manner of Labour whereby to support himselfe but us altogether beholding to his Charitable Neighbours for a Living &c thereupon it Ordered by the Court that Capt William Plumer agree with some person or Physitian to make a Cure of the said William Ackers and he to make his report to this Court and they shall be allowed for the same next Levy Court
Called Scynapuckson neck Containing fifteen hundred acres Called Goshen the Bounds whereof is Rendered Somewhat precarious prays your worships (that according to an act of assembly of this province now in force for the Settling the Bounds of Land &c ) to grant a Commission and appoint Commissioners to settle the same and in duty Bound your petitioner shall Ever pray W.m Fasitt Whereupon all and singular the premisses Considered It's Ordered by the Court that Commission Issue out of this Court as by the Pet.n afd is praid and Benj.a Burton, Thomas Wallace, Richard Hudson, and Robert Gott of Somersett County Gent be and are appointed Commissioners to ac tin the premisses afd &c
