Maryland fs:  Know all men by these presents that wee Elizabeth Riggin, Teague

Riggin and Teague Donohoe all of Somersett County in the province afd are holden
                                 and firmly bound unto John, Charles and Solomon Riggin in the full & Just Sum of
       three hundred and fifty pound Eighteen shillings and six pence Currt money to be paid unto the said
       John Charles & Solomon their heirs Ex.rs adm.rs or assigns to the which paym.t well & truly to be made &
       done we bind our selves our and Either of our heirs Ex.rs and adm.rs for the whole & In the whole Joyntly
       and Severally firmly by these presents Sealed with our Seals and dated this 18.th day of march ann Dom 1723
       The Condition of the above Obligation is such that if the above bound Eliz Riggin her heirs Exrs
       or admrs Doe well & Truely Pay Or Cause to be paid unto ye above said John Charles and
       Solomon Riggin their heirs Exrs Or assigns the full & Just Sum of One hundred & seventy
       five pounds Nine Shillings & three pence Being the Just Ball Due to them from their said
       fathers Estate when shall attain to full age according to Act of Assembly & the will of the
       Testator then ye Above Obligation to be Void Otherwise to remain full force & Vertue

afsd Are holden & firmly Bound unto Angello and Samuel Atkinson
of the same County afsd in the Full & Just Sum of Fifty Pounds Eight Shillings & four pence
Curr Money to be paid unto y said Angello & Samuell their heirs Exrs admrs Or Assigns to the
To ye which payment well & truly to be made & Done we Bind Our together selves our & Either
Either of Our Heirs Exrs & Adm.rs for the whole and in the whole Joyntly and Severally Firmly By
These Presents Sealed with Our seal and Dated this 18.th day of March Ann Dom 1723

to act of assembly then the above Obligation to Be void Otherwise to remain in full force & Vertue
