Maryland fs:  Know all men by these presents that we William Porter and John
Purnel both of Somersett County in the Province afd Gentl are holden and firmly
bound unto Mary Roger and Daniel Patrick in the full and Just Sum of Fifty
          two pounds seven shillings and Eight pence Curr.t money to be paid unto the said Mary Roger & Daniel
       their heirs Ex.rs adm.rs or assignes to the which paym.t well & truly to be made & Done wee Bind our selves
       Our & Either of our heirs Exrs and administrators for the whole & in the whole Joyntly & Severally firmly by these
       presents Sealed with my Seal & Dated this Eighteenth day of march ann Dom 1723
                The Condition of the above Obligation is Such that if the above Bound William Porter his heirs Ex.rs
       or adm.rs do well and Truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the above said Mary, Daniel, Robert, ^and^ Daniel Patrick
       their heirs Ex.rs adm.rs or assigns the full & Just sum of Eight pounds sixteen shillings and three pence
       to Each of them (being the Just Ballance due to Each of them from their said fathers Estate) according to act
       of assembly then the Obove Obligation to be void Otherwise to remain in full force & virtue

Somersett County fs:    Know all men by these presents that we John White Archibald White &
Ralph Milbourn all of Somersett County in the province of maryland Gentl: are holden and firmly

Bound unto Hannah, Sarah, Elizabeth, Margrett, Mary, Isaac and John Beachamp in
                   the full and Just Sum of One hundred and thirty Six pounds Ninteen shillings & four pence
Curr.t money to be paid unto the said Orphans their heirs Ex.rs adm.rs or assigns to the which paym.t well &
truely to be made and done we bind us and Every of us Our & Every of Our heirs Ex.rs adm.rs Joyntly &
Severally in and for the whole firmly by these presents sealed without Seals and dated the 18.th day of march ann
Dom 1723
The Condition of the above Obligation is Such that Whereas the Commissary Generall hath transmitted into this
Court ye account of the Estate of Thomas Beachamp dec.d wherein it is found that there is Ballance due to the
abovesaid Orphans the Sum of Sixty Eight pounds Nine shillings and Eight pence If therefore the said
John White his Ex.rs or adm.rs do and shall well & truly pay & satisfie unto the said orphans the afd sum of sixty
Eight pounds Nine shillings and Eight pence when they shall attain to full years according to act of assembly now
in force to be paid according to the will of the said Thomas Beauchamp then the above Obligation to be void Els to
