150 above Bound Sturges Dixson his heirs Executors or adm.rs do well and truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the abovesaid Orphans their heirs Ex.rs or assignes the full & Just Sum of fifty six pounds and four pence Being the Just Ballance due to them from their said fathers Estate when they shall attain to full age according to act of assembly then the above Obligation to be void Otherwise to Sturges Dixson (seal) Remain in full force and vertue W.m Richardson (seal) Signed Sealed & delivered in presence of Samuel Derikson (seal) Thomas Hayward William Taylor
Shillings and ten pence Curr.t money to be paid unto the said James and Sarah Mills their Ex.rs adm.rs or assigns to the which paym.t well and truly to be made we bind us & every of us Our & Every of Our heirs Executors and admrs Joyntly and Severally in and for the whole firmly by these presents sealed with out seal and dated the 20.th day of march ann Dom 1723 The Condition of the above Obligation is such that whereas the Commisary Generall hath transmitted unto this Court the accounts of the Estate of James Mills dec.d wherein it is found that there is Ball.n due to the abovesaid Orphans the sum of twenty Six pound Nine Shillings and five pence if therefore the said William Richardson his Executors or adm.rs do & shall well & truly pay & satisfie unto the said Orphans the afd sum of twenty six pounds Nine shillings and five pence when they shall attain to full years according to act of assembly Now in force &c then the above Obligation to be void Els to remain in full force & vertue W.m Richardson (seal) Signed Sealed & Delivered in presence of W.m Whittington (seal) Thomas Hayward Sam.l Hopkins (seal) W.m Taylor
