Att which said third tuesday of March to witt the seventeenth day of the same month ann Dom one thousand seven hundred
and twenty three Comes the afd William Robinson in Custody of the Sherr of Somersett County into whose Custody was
Committed for the Cause afd      And thereupon the said William Robinson is againe Committed by the Court into the
Custody of the Sherr of Somersett County afd to be by him safely Kept in his said Prison untill he shall be from thence
discharged by due Course of Law &c   thereupon the said sherr being Present took Charge of the said William Robinson
accordingly &c

 Somersett County fs  Know all men by these presents ^that^ wee William Story John Jones
and William Stoughton of Somersett County in the province of Maryland
Gent are holden and Firmly Bound unto Mary Sarah Daniell Philip Ann and
    Isabell ^Dashiell^ in the Full and Just Sum of One hundred and Ninety pounds Cur.tt Money to be paid unto
    the said May Mary Sarah Daniell Philip Ann and Isabell Dashiell their heirs Exrs adm.rs or assignes
    To the which payment well and Truly to be made wee Bind us and Every of us Our and Every of Our
    Heirs Exrs & Admrs Joyntly and Severally in and For the whole firmly by these presents Sealed with Our
    Seal & Dated the 18.th day of march ann Dom 1723
    The Condition of the above Obligation is such That if the above Bound whereas the Comisary Generall
    Hath Transmitted unto this Court the accompt of the Estate of Daniell Jones Deced: wherein it is found that there
    is Ball: Due to the above said Orphans the sum of ninety five pounds nine Shill.s & six pence Cur money
    if therefore the said William Story his Exrs ^or^ admrs Do and shall well & Truly pay & satisifie unto the
    said Orphans the afsd sum of ninety five pounds nine shill/s & six pence when they shall attain to full
    Full years according to act of assembly now in force then the above Obligation to be Void Else to
    Remain in full force and Vertue

are holden and firmly Bound unto Peter, Leonard, Joyce, John, Eliz.a Comfort
                                   Charity, Levin Denwood Johnsons in the full & Just Sum of one hundred and twelve
          pounds and Eight pence to be paid unto the said Orphans their heirs Executors adm.rs or assigns to
the which payment well and truely to be made & done we bind our selves our and Either of Our heirs Executors
adm.rs for the whole and in the whole Joyntly and severally firmly by these presents sealed with our seals &
dated this 18.th day of march ann Dom 1723                        The Condition of the above Obligation is such that if the
