144 make his personall appearance At dividing Creek in Somersett County the first tuesday of Aprill next before the Justices of assize Nisi prius and Justices of Oyer and Terminer & Goal Delivery to give Evidence on Behalfe of the ^said^ Lord Proprietary against the said James Feillett Concerning his being suspected of makeing and uttering falce ^Counterfeitt^ Money &c and not to depart the same Court without Lycence thereof &c
Robert Melvin is Ordered by the Court to give New recognizance in fifty pounds Currt money Each for their appearance At dividing Creek the first tuesday of Aprill next before the Justices of assize Nisi prius & Justices ^of^ Oyer & terminer and Goal delivery to give Evidence against James Feillett &c Whereupon the said Richard Plunkett and Robert Melvin Present herein Court acknowledged themselves to Owe and Stand Justly Indebted unto his Lordship the right honourable the Lord proprietor his heirs and Successors in fifty pounds Curr.t money Each to be Levied on their bodys goods or Chattels Lands or tenements for the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors In Case they do not make their personall appearance before the Justices of assize Nisi prius and Justices of oyer & terminer and Goal delivery at Dividing Creek in Somersett County the first tuesday of aprill next to give Evidence on behalfe of the said Lord Proprietary against James Feillett Concerning his being Suspected of of makeing and and uttering falce ^Counterfeitt^ money &c and not to depart without Lycence of the same Justices &c
to give Evidence against James Feillett &c Whereupon a Certain George Tull of Somersett County present here in Court undertakes for the said Richard Tull in fifty pounds Curr.t money and a Certain Robert Melvin of the same County present here in Court undertakes for the said Moses Virgin in fifty pounds Curr.t money and acknowledged themselves to Owe & Stand Justly Indebted unto his Said Lordship the Lord proprietary his heirs and Successors in the afd sum's to be Levied on their bodys goods and Chattells Lands or tenements for the Use of his Said Lordship the Lord proprietary his heirs & Successors In Case the said Richard Tull and Moses Virgin do not make their personall appearance before the Justices of assize Nisi prius and Justices of Oyer & terminer & Goal delivery at dividing Creek in Somrsett County afd the first tuesday of Aprill next to give Evidence on behalfe of the Lord proprietary against James Feillett Concerning his being suspected of makeing and uttering falce ^Counterfeitt^ money &c and not to depart the same Justices without Lycence of the same Justices &c |
