or Concerning all such matters & things as shall be then & there objected against him on his Lordships
behalfe and to stand & abide the Judgmt of the Court thereupon & not to depart the same Court without
Lycence thereof & in the Mean time to be of good beheaviour to all his Lordships Leige people and

 Somersett County fs:  The Jurors for his Lordship Charles absolute Lord and proprietary

of the provinces of maryland &c for the body of Somersett County upon their Oath do present
Katherine of Coventry Parish in the County afd Spinster for that the said Katherine
          the fear of God before her Eyes not haveing but being seduced and Led away by the Instigation of the
devill the first day of June ann Dom One thousand seven hundred & twenty three at the parish and
County afd did Committ fornication with a Certain person to this Inquest unknown by reason where of the said
Katheryne on the first day of June ann Dom seventeen hundred and twenty three at the parish and
County afd was delivered of a bastard Child against the peace &c and against the form of an act of
                                                                                                                                  (assembly)
