1723 135 Maryland fs: Know all men by these presents that wee John Gunby and George Dashiell of Somersett County in the province afd Gentl: are hold and firmly Bound unto Sarah Bounds orphan of James Bounds of Somersett County in the full and Just sum of One hundred and twelve pounds two Shillings and six pence Curr.t money to be paid unto the said Sarah Bounds her heirs Executors adm.rs or assignes to the which paym.t well and truely to be made & done wee Bind Our Selves Our and Either of Our heirs Executors and adm.rs for the whole and in ye whole Joyntly and Severally firmly by these presents sealled with Our Seals and dated this Eighteenth day of December ann Dom 1723 The Condition of the above Obligation is such that if the above Bound John Gunby his heirs Executors or adm.rs do well and truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the above said Sarah Bounds her heirs Executors adm.rs or assignes the full and Just Sum of fifty six pounds one shilling and three pence ^Currt^ being the Just Ballance due to her from her fathers Estate according to act of assembly then the above Obligation to be void Otherwise to remain in full force and vertue John Gunby (seal) Signed Sealled & Delivered in the presence of us Thomas Hayward, W.m Taylor George Dashiell (Seal) Somersett County fs: Know all men by these presents that wee Sarah Perkins John Roach and Richard Plunkett all of Somersett County in the province of maryland are holden & firmly Bound unto John Perkins Thomas Perkins William Perkins Michael Perkins Susannah Perkins Sarahnah Perkins, Robert Harris and amey Perkins in the full & Just sum of One hundred & two pounds Eight Shillings Curr.t money to be paid to the said John Perkins Thomas Perkins William Perkins Michael Perkins Susannah Perkins Sarah Perkins Robert Harris amey Perkins their Exrs admrs or assigns to ye which paym.t well and truly to be made wee Bind us and Every of us Our & Every of Our heirs Executors and adm.rs Joyntly and Severally in and for the whole firmly by these presents sealed with our Seals and dated ye 19.th day of Nov.r Ann Dom: 1723 The Condition of the above Obligation is such that whereas the Commissary Generall hath transmitted into this Court ye account of the Estate of John Perkins dec.d wherein it is found that there is Ballance due to ye abovesaid Orphans the sum of fifty one pounds four shillings if therefore the said Sarah Perkins her heirs Ex.rs & adm.rs doe and shall well and truely pay & satisfie unto the said orphans the sum of Six pounds Eight shillings Each when th^e^y shall attain to full Years according to act of assembly now in force then ye above Obligation to be void and of None Otherwise to remain in full force & vertue her marke Sealed & Delivered in ye presence of us Sarah + Perkins (seal) Thomas Hayward W.m Taylor Jn.o Roach (seal) his marke Richd I Plunkett (seal) Somersett County fs: Know all men by these presents that wee Lazarus Maddux & Alexd Maddux of Somersett County Gentl: are holden and firmly bound unto John Stevens, Alice Stevens & Sarah Stevens in the full and Just Sum of forty Nine pounds Eleven Shillings and Eight pence Curr.t mony to be paid unto the said John Alice and Sarah Stevens their heirs Executors adm.rs or assigns to ye which paymt well and truely to be made We bind us and Every of us Our and Every of Our heirs Executors and adm.rs Joyntly and Severally in and (for) |
