       thereof and in all Other things as sherr of the County afd of Somersett shall behave himselfe well & honestly to all
       persons according to the Best of his power Skill & Knowledge then this obligation to be void & of None Effect

Curtis' Orphans
Somersett County fs:  Know all men by these presents that Wee Boaz Waltson and James Robertson
of Somersett County in the province of maryland Gentl: are holden and firmly Bound unto Charles
Curtis and Rachell Curtis in the full & just sum of one hundred & twenty Eight pounds five
             Shillings Curr.t money to be paid unto the Charles Curtis and Rachell Curtis their heirs Exrs admrs or assigns
       to the which payment well & truely to be made we bind us and Every of us Our and Every of our heirs Exrs and
    adm.rs Joyntly and Severally in and for the whole firmly by these presents sealled with our seals and dated ye 20.th day of
    November Ann Dom 1723
                   The Condition of the above Obligation is such that whereas the Commisary Generall hath transmitted into
    this Court ye acco.t of the Estate of James Curtis dec.d wherein it is found that there is Ballance due to the abovesaid orphans
    ye sum of sixty four pounds two shillings & six pence if therefore the said Boaz Walston his heirs Ex.rs or adm.rs doe &
    shall well and truely pay & to satisfie unto the said orphans the sum of thirty two pounds one shilling & three pence
    Each or the value thereof according to appraism.t when they shall attain to full years according to act of assembly now in
    force &c then the above Obligation to be void Else to remain in full force & vertue                     Boaz Walson   (seal)

Maryland fs:  Know all men by these presents that wee Nathaniel Ratcliffe Joseph Wayte &
William Poynter all of Somersett County in the province afd planters are holden & firmly bound
          unto Charles and Jemima Ratcliffe in the full & Just sum of fifty six pounds thirteen shillings & six pence to be
paid unto the said Charles and Jemima their heirs Exrs adm.rs or assignes to the which paymt well and truly to be made &
done wee Bind Our Selves Our and Either of Our heirs Executors and adm.rs for the whole & In the whole Joyntly &
severally firmly by these presents sealled with our seals & dated this 22d day of November ann Dom 1723
The Condition of the above Obligation is such that if the above Bound Nathaniel Ratcliffe his heirs Executors or admrs
do well and truely pay or Caus to be paid unto the abovesaid Charles and Jemima Ratcliffe ^their heirs^ Exrs admrs or assigns th
the full and Just sum of fourteen pounds three shilling and four pence halfe penny to Each of them being the Just
Ballance due to Each of them from their said fathers Estate according to act of assembly then the above Obligation
