 This being an action of trespass upon the Case &.c Wherein the sherr of Somrsett County to whom

the writt in the same action was directed Comes and makes return thereof Endorst vizt
                         Whereupon the said John Layton being Called appears and thereupon the said John Layton at
       the Prayer of Plfts attorney is adjudged to give Speciall Bayle to the action afd thereupon a Certain John
       Hitch of Somrsett County Planter Present herein Court undertakes for the said John Layton that in Case the
       said John Rider shall recover Judgmt in the Plea afd against the said John Layton or that the said John
       Layton shall be therein Convict that then he the said John Layton shall pay the Condemnation of the Court
       thereupon or render his Body to ye Custody of the Sherr of Somrsett County in satisfaction thereof or that he the said
       John Hitch will doe it for him thereupon the said John Layton by George Dashiell his attorney appears and
       Imparls till next Cort

       Robert Martin shall recover Judgm.t in the Plea afd against the said John Sharp or that the said John Sharp shall

 Command was given the Sherr of Sommersett County that he should take Anthony Moore of Coventry
Parish in Sommersett County Planter al dict Anthony Moore of Sommersett County Planter if he
should be found in yo his Baliwick and him should Safe Keep so that he might have his Body Before the
       Justices of his Lordships County Court of Sommersett to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of March then next
       to answer unto Thomas Dashiel of a plea that he render unto him the full and Just Sum of two thousand one hundred
       Ninety two pounds of tobo in Caske which to him he Owes and unjustly detains &c and that thereof he should
       not fail &c
Anthony More you are Indebted by Bond dated the sixth day of Janry ann Dom one thousand seven hundred and twenty
two unto M.r Thomas Dashiell in the Just Sum of two thousand one hundred ninety two pounds of tobacco in Cask for which
Process is out against by me unless you appear before his Lordships Justices at dividing Creek at ye Next County Cort
then and there to be held for this County of Somrsett the third tuesday in march next attachm.t will be granted agt Your
Estate &c dated this Eighth day of february Ann Dom 1722 Dasheills
                      A Copy of the foregoing short note was made and sent with the writt in the Plea afd in order for an
       attachm.t &c               Att which said third tuesday of march to witt the Nineteenth day of the Same Month ann
       Dom one thousand seven hundred and twenty two being the day of the return of the said Writt Comes the said Thos
       Dashiell by George Deshiell his attorney and the sherr of Somrsett County to whom the foregoeing writt was
