121 honourable the Lord proprietary in the sum of fifty pounds Curr.t money Each to be Levied on their bodys Goods or Chattles Lands or tenements for the Use of his said Lordship the Lord proprietary his heirs and Successors in Case the said Sarah Walker Sen Sarah Walker Jun Susannah Walker and Mary Walker doe not make their personall appearance Before the Justices of our County Court Now sitting at Dividing Creek in Somersett County on Fryday next being the fourth day of this term and to answer unto his Lordship the Lord proprietary his heirs and successors and to stand & abide the Judgm.t of the Court thereupon and not to depart the same Court without Lycense thereof &c And now here afterwards to witt on Fryday the fourth day of this term Come ^here into Court^ the said Sarah Walker Sen Sarah Walker Jun Susannah Walker and Mary Walker and pray that their appearance may be recorded to save themselves from and securitys from a Certain recognizance of Bail Entered into as above Thereupon the said Sarah Walker Sen Sara Walker Jun Susannah Walker and Mary Walker's appearance are recorded & their securitys accordingly discharged &c Whereupon a Certain Merrick Ellis of Somersett County present here in Court made Oath on the holy Evangelist of almighty God in Common form that he was afraid that a Certain Thomas Walker Sarah Walker Sen Sarah Walker Jun Susannah Walker & Mary Walker would doe him some Bodyly harm or destroy his house Goods or Chattles &c Whereupon It's Ordered by the Court that the said Thomas Walker Sarah Walker Sen Sarah Walker Jun Susannah Walker and Mary Walker Give recognizance with two securitys Each for their Good Beheaviour and appearance at next Court Thereupon the said Thomas Walker present here in Court acknowledged himselfe to Owe & Stand Justly Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord proprietor his heirs & Successors in the sum of fifty pounds Curr.t money to be Levied on his Body Goods ot Chattles Lands or tenements for the Use of his said Lordship in Case the said Thomas Walker doe not make his personally appearance before the Justices of Our County Court to be held at Dividing Creek in Somersett County the third tuesday of March next to answer unto his said Lordship Concerning all such matters & things as shall be then and there Objected against him on his said Lordships Behalfe and not to depart the same Court without Lycence thereof and in the Mean time to be of Good Behaviour to all his Lordship's Leige people and More Especially to Merrick Ellis then the above recognizance to be void &c Otherwise &c Likewise Benjamin Cottman and Isaac Wheeler both of Somersett County Gent Present here in Court acknowledged themselves to Owe and Stand Justly Indebted unto his said Lordship the Lord proprietary his heirs & successors in the sum of twenty five pounds Curr.t money Each to be Levied on their Bodys Goods or Chattles Lands or tenements for the Use of the said Lord proprietary In Case the the said Thomas Walker doth not make his personall appearance before the Justices of our County Court to be held at Dividing Creek the third tuesday of march next to answer unto his said Lordship Concerning all such matters & things as shall be Objected against him on his Lordships Behalfe & to stand & abide the Judgmt of the Court thereupon & not to depart the same Court without Lycence thereof & in the mean time to be of Good Beheaviour to all all his Lordships Leige people & Especially to Merrick Ellis &c |
