Ordered by the Court that Ann Shiles pay unto Alice Shills Elizabeth Forman, and Nicholas Farley the sume
of sixty pounds of tobacco each for their attendance two days each as Evidence on behalfe of the said ann shiles ag.t
Timothy Adkinson they haveing made Oath to the Same &c

Mosses Tillman recovers against Robert Martin the sume of three hundred and thirty pounds of tobacco for his
attendance Eleven days as an Evidence on behalfe of the said Robert Martin ag.t Michael Holland he having made
Oath to the same &c

Ordered by the Court that Adams Spence Gar of Edward Pleadwell pay unto William Waltom the sume of three hundred

             produced his Lordship writt of Election for the Ellecting One delegate or Burgess for Somersett County thereupon
             the said Sherr together with severall Justices of the Peace and Clk of the County Court mett at the said
             County Court house and appointed the said Election to be on the seventeenth day of December following on
