117 Crapper by Francis Allen his attorney and the sherr of Somersett County directed Likewise Cometh and maketh Return thereof to the Court here Attached in the hands of Isaac Marsh and Edmond Crapper full Joseph Miller Robert Martin Sherr And for divers Causes shewn this Cause hath been Continued by August Court ann Dom One thousand seven hundred twenty two One thousand seven hundred and twenty three &c Whereupon the said Edmond Crapper by his attorney afd humbly of fifteen pound seventeen shillings and ten pence and four hundred the rights and Creditts of the said Samuel Daffey may be Condemned afd Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the twenty thousand seven hundred and twenty three that the said sume of fifteen pounds ten pence and four hundred pounds of tobacco so as afd attached as said Samuel Daffey may be Condemned in the hands of the said thereof his Execution &c
Thomas Dashiell of a plea of trespass upon the Case &c and that thereof he Att which said third tuesday of August to witt the twentieth day of the hundred and twenty three being the day of the return of the said Writt Comes Dashiell his attorney and the sherr of Somersett County to whom the Cometh and maketh return thereof to the Court here Endorst in these Cepi Whereupon the said Thomas Baker in his Own proper person Comes when &c and sayth that he Cannot gainsay the plft his action afd so as afd but that the said plft Ought to recover his damages by Occasion of sixty five pounds of tobacco and Costs of Suite against him which the said Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the twenty seven hundred and twenty three that the said Thomas Dashiell Recover as well the sume of Nine hundred sixty five pounds of tobo (216) as also the sume of Two hundred & sixteen unto him for his Costs and Charges by him about his suite in this |
