pounds of tobacco by the Court here adjudged unto him for his Costs and Charges by him about his suite in this Behalfe

unto William Ennalls for the sum of fourteen pounds Eight shillings and five pence and
four hundred and Ninty Eight pounds of tobacco which sum was recovered against him by
                the said William Ennalls against Henry Williams on the twenty third day of august ann.o Dom One
thousand seven hundred and twenty two in the County Court the said fourteen pounds Eight shillings and five
pence and four hundred and Ninty Eight pounds of tob.o to be Levi'd on your Bodys good & Chattles Lands or
tenements for the Use of the said William Ennalls in Case the said Henry Williams Shall not pay and satisfie
to the said William Ennalls so as afd recovered against him with the additionall Costs thereon on the tenth day
of November Next            Acknowledged before us the subscriber this 20.th day of aug.t 1723

                         Mary Ash of Stepney Parish does declare upon Oath that Anthony King did begett a bastard Child
on her body which was born the 16.th of may Last who we present            Foreman J Rownd

 Command was Given to the Sherr of Somersett County that he should take Robert Perry
Late of all hollows Parish in the County afd Planter if he should be found in his Bailiwick
and him should Safe Keep so that he might have his Body before the Justices of his Lordships
             County Court to be held at dividing Creek in Somersett County the thir tuesday of august then next
to answer unto Charles Ramsey of a plea of trespass upon the Case &c and that thereof he should not fail &c
And whereupon the said Charles by Livin Gale his attorney Complaines that Whereas the afd Robert the tenth
day of aprill One thousand seven hundred and twenty three at the parish afd within the Jurisdiction of this
Court was Indebted unto the Said Charles thirty five shilling Curr.t money of maryland for divers goods
wears merchantdizes &c and so thereof being Indebted the same Robert in Consideration thereof afterwards
that is to say the day and year afd at the Parish afd within the afd Jurisdiction upon himselfe assumed
and to the same Charles then and there faithfully promised that he the said Robert when afterwards
he should be thereunto requested the afd sum of thirty five shillings Curr.t money as afd to the said
Charles he would well and faithfully Content and pay Nevertheless the said Robert his promise and ^assumption^
in form afd made Little regarding but plotting and fraudulently the Same Charles in that part to
defraud and deceive the afd sum of thirty five shillings Curr.t money as afd or any part thereof
