10 him as afs.d I Certify that the said Negro woman called milly is five feet three Inches high and from mr Blunts Statement to me about twenty nine or thirty years of age has a very Dark complexion ^was born and raised in Caroline County^ and no notable marks which I can discover In Witness whereof I have hereto set my hand and affixed the public seal of my office this 2 day of June 1807 Tho Richardson Clk C. C. Co.t Caroline County to wit; Whereas Negro Adam Jackson on the 9th of June 1807 was manumitted by Wm Potter Esq of said County to be free on the day of the said Manumission and by the Oath of Thomas Frampton that the said Negro Adam Jackson is the identical person named in said manumission that from the age expressed in the said manumission the said Adam Jackson is about 28 years old 5 feet 6 Inches high yellowish complexion was raised in said County has a scar on his nose a scar just above the wrist on the right arm and one on his right knee and no other notable marks which I can discover: In Witness whereof I hereto set my hand and affix the public seal of my office this 9th June 1807 Tho RIchardson Clk Caroline County to wit Be it remembered that on the 11th day of June 1807 I delivered to negro Priss this Certificate of which the following is a Correct record Viz.t State of Maryland Whereas negro Priss heretofore to Caroline County to wit wit on the 11th day of May 1815 |
