that She is now about 47 yeas of age 5 feet
4 inches high or thereabouts of a dark chesnutt
chesnutt Complexion born & raised in Caroline County
& has no notable marks & scars that I have observed
                   In Testimony whereof I hereunto subscribe
                   my name & affix the seal of the Circuit
    (Seal)     Court for Caroline County this 6th day
                   of November Anno Domini 1854

Caroline County to wit   Whereas Sarah Augusta Wyatt
^hath made application to me^ for a certificate of her freedom agreeably to law
And whereas on the oath of Samuel Cooper has been
proven that said Sarah Augusta Wyatt was free born
I do therefore grant this certificate      She is now twenty
years of age five feet 2 inches high or thereabouts of
a bright Mullatto Complexion was born and
raised in Caroline County & has no notable marks
or scars that I have observed
                   In Testimony whereof I hereunto subscribe
                   my name & affix the seal of the Circuit
(Seal)          Court for Caroline County this 16th day of
                   November 1854

Caroline County to wit:   Whereas Elizabeth Williams hath
made application to me for a certificate of her freedom
agreeably to law.      And whereas on the oath of William
Turner has been proven that said Elizabeth Williams was
free born      I do therefore grant this certificate
She is now ^about^ thirty two years of age five feet three inches
high or thereabouts of a dark mulatto Complexion was
born and raised in Caroline County and has a scar
caused by a burn on the back of her right hand
& has no other notable marks or scars that I have
observed
                               In Testimony whereof I
                               hereunto subscribe my name
    (Seal)                  and affix the seal of the Circuit
                               Court for Caroline County this
                               17.th day of November 1854
