Safe keep So that he have his body before his Said Lord Ships Justices of the next Court to be held at our Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County to Answer unto George Commerford Adminr. of all & Singular the Goods & Chattells Rights & Credits which were of Elizabeth Commerford his late wife deced of a plea that they render unto him the full & just Sum of fiveteen hundred pounds of good Sound Marchantable leaf Tobacco clear of Trash and ground leaves of the value of tenn pounds Sterlg which from him they unjustly detaine &ca. And that he have then and there the Said writ &ca. . . . : Att which Said next Court . vizt. the Seventeenth day of June Anno Domini One Thousand Seven hundred and Eighteen the day of return of Said writ came Simon Wilmer Gent. high Sherf of Said County and made return thereof in these words thereon Endorsed as folls vizt.
