   His Lordship | Indictmt. by ye orphan jury for not performing &ca.
           at | to an apprentice   aprs. in his propr prson to same
   Wm Woodland - - | plead not guilty &ca ordered by the Court here that
   ——————— | he enter into Recognize for his apce. to next Court to
   Answer Same : Wm Woodland apr comes into Court and Acknowledges
   himselfe Indebted to his Lordship his heires and Succesors in the
   Sume of five pounds Sterling to be Leveyed on his goods and Chattells
   Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if he do appeare at the
   next Court to be held for Said County and to Answer unto an Indictment —
   found against him by the orphan Jury for not performing to his appren
   :tis James Duerty According to Act of Assembly in Such case made wherewith
   he acknowledges himselfe Content ———

   George Commerford | Commanded it was to the Sherf of Kent County
   & Uxr. ———— | the twenty first day of March in the Third Year
           at | of his Lord Ships Dominion &ca That he take
   Abraham Taylor & | Abraham Taylor late of Kent County Planter &
   Edward Rouse—— | Edward Rouse late of Kent County planter als Dict —


Abraham Tayler and Edward Rouse both of Queen —
   Anns County Planter & Carpenter if they Should be found in his Bailywick and them
   Safe keep So that he have his body before his Said Lord Ships Justices of the —
   next Court to be held at our Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County to —
   Answer unto George Commerford Adminr. of all & Singular the Goods & Chattells
   Rights & Credits which were of Elizabeth Commerford his late wife deced of a plea
   that they render unto him the full & just Sum of fiveteen hundred pounds of good —
   Sound Marchantable leaf Tobacco clear of Trash and ground leaves of the value
   of tenn pounds Sterlg which from him they unjustly detaine &ca. And that he
   have then and there the Said writ &ca.   .   .   .   : Att which Said next Court .
   vizt. the Seventeenth day of June Anno Domini One Thousand Seven hundred
   and Eighteen the day of return of Said writ came Simon Wilmer Gent. high
   Sherf of Said County and made return thereof in these words thereon Endorsed as
   folls vizt. Non Est Inventus Edward Rouse   Cepi Corpus Abraham Taylor pr
   Simon Wilmer Sherf.    And a Decln being fild which folls vizt Kent County Abraham
   Taylor late of Kent County Planter & Edward Rouse late of Kent County planter als Dict
   Abraham Tayler and Edward Rouse both of Queen Anns County plnater & Carpenter
   were Summoned to Answer unto George Commerford Adminr. of all & Singular the Goods
