      88                              June Court 1718
   She Cannot gainsay the Indictment afd nor but that She is guilty
   of what is layd against her in the Same Indictment and Submits
   to the Same : And the afd Ann Bryan brought into Court the Child
   She was delivered of that is layd in the afd Indictment on view of—
   the Same The Court adjudges that the Same Child afd was begott by
   A negro man : Therefore it is Considered by the Court here vizt.
   this Eighteenth day of June Anno Domini One Thousand Seven
   hundred and Eighteen That the afd Ann Bryan Serve Seven years at
   the Expiration of her Service that She is now obliged for her offence
   of Committing fornication and being delivered of a Child begott by
   a negro man According to Act of assembly in Such Case made
   and also pay the Sume of one hundred and ninety five pounds of~
   Tobacco fees accruing on the premises afd to the officers of this —
   Court
    ordered by the Court here That the afd Ann Bryan be delivered
   up to this Court by her Master at the Expiration of her time of Service
   in order to be disposed of for the Seven years Service afd and the Cost
   afd
   Mr. Alexander Williamson the present master of the afd Ann Bryan
   being in Court offers to take the Child delivered of the afd Ann. ordered
   by the Court here that the Same be entered to him    He keeping the
   Same from any charge that may accrue to the County which he—
   consents    The afd Child to Serve the afd Mr. Alexander Williamson or
   his heires &ca. According to Act of Assembly in Such Cases made & provided
     Court adjourns till tomorrow morning Eight Clock
   June ye 19                 Againe meets .

     The Glass Windows in the Court house being Shatter’d Philip Eilbeck
   a Glaizer being called into Court to agree with^himfor the repairing the
   Same and finding Glass. the Same Philip Eilbeck demands forty Shills.
   Currant money for his work and finding himselfe in Glass & other necessarys
   which the Court orders Mr. Simon Wilmer to pay the afd Philip Eilbeck the
   afd forty Shillings and to be allowed the Same in the Levey ——
     Mr. John March takes his place and Sitts on the bench
     Mr. Marmaduke Tilden takes his place and Sitts on the bench—
