   granted and that he be kept in Safe Custody by the Sherf of Said County —
   untill he Shall give Special baile —
   After which Mr. William Comegys of Said County here in Court cometh and —
   acknowledged himselfe Special baile in the afd Accõn and doth undertake
   for the afd Deft. the payment of the Debt~ afd and Cost thereon accruing if
   Judgment Shall be given against the Said Deft. in the afd accõn and the
   Condemnation Shall not Satisfie nor himselfe to the Custody of the Sherf
   of Said County deliver or that the afd Mr William Comegys the body of the
   afd Deft~ Shall not render &ca——
     After which the Said Deft~ in his proper person appears to the afd —
   Accõn and Saith that he Cannot gainsay the accõn afd of him the Said
   Plt~. nor but that the writing obligatory above mentioned is his Act &
   deed and that he oweth unto the afd Plt the afd Sume of Six hundred
   pounds of Tobacco and is willing that Judgment Should be Entered for the
   Same & Cost thereon accruing = Therefore it is Considered by the Court
   here vizt. this Eighteenth day of June Anno Domini one Thousand Seven—
   hundred and Eighteen That the afd Plt~ Edward Sammon recover against
   the Said Deft~ John Dunkin as well the afd Sume of Six hundred pounds
   of Tobacco Debt. as also the Sume of Three hundred fifty five pounds of
   Tobacco Cost by the afd Plt~. about his Sute in this behalfe Expended and by the
   Court here of his assent adjudged and the Said Deft~ in mercy &ca.
