   it is Considered by the Court here viz^t. this Eighteenth day of June Anno
   Domini One Thousand Seven hundred and Eighteen That the afd Plt~ Thomas
   Bowne recover against the Said Deft Thomas Morrell as well the afd Sume
   of Ffive hundred pounds of Tobacco Debt as also the Sume of Three hundred
   and one pounds of Tobacco Cost by the afd Plt about his Sute in this .
   behalfe Expended and by the Court here of his assent adjudged and the

Thomas Jones	\|	Commanded it was to the Sherf of Kent County the

a^t	\|	Ships Dominion &c^a. That he take John Trew of Kent~
John Trew —	\|	County Planter ali^s Dic^s John Trewe of Kent County —
		Planter if he Sho^ld be found in your Bailywick & .

   him Safe keep So that he have his body before his Said Lord Ships —
   Justices of the next Court to be held at our Court house in the Town of Chester
   in Said County to Answer unto Thomas Jones of a plea that he render to him
   the full and Just Sume or quantity of one thousand and Seventeen hundred
   pounds of good Sound Large bright and drie leafe Tobacco free from~
   ground leaves and all manner of Trash & Cask to Contain the Same of y^e.
   value of Twenty Seven pounds Sterling money which he unjustly detains
   &c^a. And that he have then & there the Said writ &c^a
   Att which Said next Court viz^t. the Seventeenth day of June Anno Domⁱ.
   One Thousand Seven hundred and Eighteen the day of return of Said —
   writ came Simon Wilmer Gent~. high Sherf of Said County and made~
   return thereof in these words thereon Endorsed as foll^s viz^t. Cepi Corpus—
   p^r S: Wilmer Sher^f . . .    And A Decl< n being filed when Said writ
   Issued forth & a Copy thereof Served therewith according to Act of assembly
   in Such Case made was as followeth viz^t. Kent County Ss John Trew of~
                                                                                                               Kent
