   Ffullstone of Kent County Cooper alis Dics Richard Ffullstone of Kent County in ye:
   Province of Maryland Cooper if he Should be found in his bailywick and him
   Safe keep So that he have his body . before the Justices of our next County Court to
   be held at our Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third -
   Tuesday in June next to Satisfie unto Dennis Sullivane Plt~ as well the Sume
   of Six hundred pounds of Tobacco Debt by the afd Plt~ Recovered against the
   Said Deft before the Justices of our Said Court on the Twentieth day of March
   Instant whereof he is Convict as appears upon Record as also the Sume of~
   Three hundred and Eight pounds of Tobacco Cost of Sute as also together with
   the Sume of fourty Six pounds of Tobacco additionall Cost hereof faile not at
   your perill and have you then and there this writ witness Nathaniel —
   Hynson Gent~. chiefe Justice of our Said Court this Twenty first day of March in the
   third year of our Dominion &ca. Anno Domi 1717

   Court vizt the Seventeenth day of June Anno Domini One Thousand Seven hundred
   and Eighteen the day of return of Said writ came Simon Wilmer Gent~ high~
   Sherf of Said County and made return thereof in these words thereon Endorsed as .
   folls vizt. Cepi Corpus pr SWilmer Sherf       And A Decln being filed when Said
   writ Issued forth and A Copy thereof Served therewith According to Act of —
   Assembly in Such Case made was as folls vizt. Kent County Ss. Nathaniel Dunnohoo
   of Kent County Planter Stands attached to Answer unto Parker Roe of a plea of
   Trespass of the Case and whereupon the afd Plt~. by Thomas Bowne his -
