   your Bailywick & him Safe keep So that he have his body before the Justices of
   our next County Court to be held at our Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County
   on the third Tuesday in June next to Satisfie unto William Frisby by ye name of~
   William Frisby of Kent County Sherf Plt~. as well the Sume of three Thousand Seventy Six
   pounds of Tobacco Debt by the afd Plt~. recovered against the Said Deft~ before the
   Justices of our Said Court on the Twentieth day of March Instant whereof he is Convict as
   appears upon Record as also the Sume of four hundred and Seven pounds of Tobo.
   Cost of Sute as also together with the Sume of fourty Six pounds of Tobacco additina:
  :all Cost~ hereof faile not at your perill and have you then & there this writ~
   witness Nathaniel Hynson Gent~. chiefe Jsutice of our Said Court this Twenty
   first day of March in the third year of our Dominion &ca. Anno Domi 1717

   Nathaniel Pearce | you take the body of Nathaniel Pearce of Kent County Planter
