   And the afd Plt~. by Thomas Bowne his attorney prays that the Said Deft~ to his Decln
   afd may Answer And the Said Deft~ being called came And in his proper person
   appeared to the afd Accõn and Saith that he Cannot gainsay the Accõn afd of —
   him the Said Plt~ nor but that he is indebted to the afd Plt~. the Sume of One
   Pounds Eight Shillings Currant money and five hundred and Six pounds of Tobo.
   and is willing that Judgment Should be entered for the Same & Cost thereon accruing .
   Therefore it is Considered by the Court here vizt this Eighteenth day of June
   Anno Domini One Thousand Seven hundred and Eighteen That the afd Plt~ —
   William Glanvill do Recover against the Said Deft~ John Trew as well the afd —
   Sumes of One pound Eight Shillings Currant money and ffive hundred and Six
   pounds of Tobacco Damages as also the Sume of Eight hundred forty nine pounds
   of Tobacco and a half pound of Tobacco Cost by the afd Plt~ about his Sute in this
   behalfe Expended and by the Court here of his assent adjudged and the Said —
   Deft~ in mercy &ca ——

   John Dowdall | Commanded it was to the Sherf. of Kent County the twenty third day
          —— | of November in the third year of the Dominion of Charles absolute Lord
             at | &ca. That he take George Gleaves of Kent County Planter alis Dics —
   George Gleaves | George Gleaves of Kent County in Sd Province Carpetner if he Should
     be found in his Bailywick and him safe keep So that he have
   his body before his Said Lordships Justices of the next Court to be held at our Court house
   in the Town of Chester in Said County to Answer unto John Dowdall of a plea that he —
   render him the full and just Sume of Six pounds Seaventeen Shillings Currant money of
   Maryland by the name of new Currency which to him he oweth and from him unjustly.
