   Bailywick you make known unto the Said Thomas Cooke that he be and appear
   before the Justices of our next County Court to be held at our Court house in the
   Town of Chester in Said County on the third Tuesday in June next to Shew cause
   if any he have why Execõn Should not Issue forth against him for the Debt~.
   & Cost in ye Judgmt afd Specified and how you Shall Execute this writ that y.o make
   known unto the Justices of our Said Court at the day & place afd hereof faile not
   at your Perill and have you then and there the names of ye persons before
   whom you Shall make the Same known and this writ Witness Nathaniel
   Hynson Gent~. chiefe Justice of our Said Court this 21st day of March in the .
   Second Year of our Dominion &ca. Anno Domini 1717 TBowne prqrbus —JamsSmith Clk
   Att which Said Court in the afd writ in the last place mentioned vizt. the Seventeenth
   day of June Anno Domini One Thousand Seven hundred and Eighteen the day —
   of return of Said writ came Simon Wilmer Gent~. high Sherf of Said County &
   made return thereof in these words thereon Endorsed as folls vizt. By vertue of
   the within Writ to me directed I Certifie unto the Justices within mentioned that~
   I have made known unto the within named Thomas Cooke that he be and appear before the Justices
   within mentioned at the time and place within mentioned to Shew cause if any he has why Execution Should not Issue forth
   against him for the Debt & Cost in the Judgmt. within mentioned before Thomas Hynson & Thomas Welden
   Good and Lawfull men of my Balywick and So Answers    Simon Wilmer Sherf —
   And the afd Deft~ comes into Court and in his proper person appears to the above
   Siri facias And Saith that he Cannot gainsay the Same but is willing that Judgmt.
   Should be Entered for the Debt & Cost in the Siri facias above mentioned Amounting
   to one Thousand five hundred Twenty four pounds of Tobacco : Therefore it is
   Considered by the Court here vizt. this Eighteenth day of June Anno Domini one
   Thousand Seven hundred and Eighteen That for the afd Sume of Twelve
   hundred pounds of Tobacco Debt in the Judgment afd Specified as also for the
   Sume three hundred Twenty four pounds of Tobo Cost~ in the Judgment afd Specified
   which in the whole Amounts to the Sume of ffifteen hundred Twenty four
   pounds of Tobacco That the afd Plts have thereof Execution against the Said
   Deft as also for the Sume of Two hundred Eighty Six pounds of Tobacco Costs
   by the afd Plts. about their prosecuteing the afd writ of Siri facias &ca
