   536                                     August Court 1720
   pltf doth not gainsay .    Therefore It is Considered by the Court here
   the 17th. day of August Anno Domi 1720 That the said John March reco=
   ver against the said William Savory as well the sum of one thousand four
   hundred and fifty five pounds of Tobacco and Twelve Shillings and Nine
   pence Currant money afd. his Damages afd. in form afd. Confessed as also the
   Sum of Two hundred and Twenty one pounds of Tobacco by the Court
   here adjudged to him for his Costs and Charges by him about his Suit in this
   behalf laid out and Expended and the Deft in mercy &c

   to whom the same was directed makes Return to the Court here on the third
   Teusday in August Vizt the 16th day of Said month anno Domi 1720 being
   the day of Return of Said precept Endorst Cepi Corpus pr Gidn: Pearce Sherf
