   [5]26.                                August Court 1720
   Age adjudged by the Court, whome the Justices viewing adjudged to be
   fourteen years old
        Mr. Gideon Pearce Sheriff of Sd County publishes the acts of Assembly made
   this Present Year
        William Simson of Said County Comes into Court and by his Corporal oath
   taken on the holy Evangelist of Almighty God proves That William Rennalls
   his Servant hath absented himself from his Service Seventeen days Therfore
   It is Considered by the Court here this 17th: day of August Anno Domi 1720 that the
   Said William Rennalls Serve the afd William Simson one hundred and Seven
   days for the afd time he absented the Service of his Said master     Jams Smith Clk
   Philp Holeadger Junr at Last March Cort. Entred into Recog for his Ldps agst Geo Macay in £ 5,,-,,- Sterlg the Same is Continued untill next [Court]
   DM His Lordship | The Said George Macay Entered into Recognizance
           at | for his apearance at this Court to answere unto a Certa[in]
     George Macay    | Indictment against him for Hog Stealing .
           George Macay afd. his Recognizance taken in the Summ of Tenn
   pounds Sterling money to be Leveyed &c. Conditionally that if he did not
   make his personall appearance at this Court to answere to what Should
   be objected against him on his Lordships behalf and in the mean time to be
   of Good behaviour &c and no person shewing any Cause to the Contrary the
   Court here discharges the Same Recognizance
        Robert Macay and John Clerk at the Same time afd. entered into Recogce:
   in the Summ of five pounds Sterlg money Each to be Leveyed &c Conditionally
   that if the afd George Macay did appear and answere as afd. and in the mean
   time be of good behaviour and now this Court here discharges the Same
        Philip Holeadger Senior and Philip Holeadger Senior Entered into Recogce
   at the Same time afd. in the Summ of five pounds Sterlg money Each to be
   Leveyed &c Conditionally that if they did^he dothnot appear at this Court as Evidences
   on behalfe of his Lordship against the afd. George Macay and now at this Court
   they appear to the Same. Ordered that the Said Recognizances be discharged
        John Smithers Acknowledges a Conveyance for Seventy five Acres of
   Land part of a Tract of Land Called Addition to William Smithers

                Proclamation the Appearance Dockett is goeing
                   to be Called over as folls vizt.

           at | Inventus p . Gideon Pearce Sheriff.
