   his Rule and dignity and against the form of an act of assembly of this
   Province now in force in Such Case made and provided
   Evid: Simon Wilmor Sheriff                      DMacbride p^r L^d prop^ry:
             Billa Vera Abra^m Redgrave foreman
      And the S^d Edward Dwire in his properson appears to the Indictment
   af^d.    And this Court Orders that the Same be Quashed and that all pro:
   ceedings thereon Cease, but that he the S^d Edward Dwire Shall pay the fees
   on the S^d Indictment amounting to the Summ of two hundred —————
   —————————— pounds of Tobacco on which Comes into Court
   John Dwire of S^d County and assumes the fees af^d. on the premisses af^d
   and that the S^d Edward Dwire be there from Acquitt.

   County into the Custody of Simon Wilmer Gentⁿ high Sheriff of S^d County on Sus:
   :picion of Burning the af^d. County Court house, And the Grand Jury Impanelled
   against the S^d. Charles Hill for brakeing prison^^outof the Custody of the S^d Sheriff
   which Presentment was by David Macbride Clerk of Indictments for the Same
   County drawn into a Bill of Indictment which followeth viz^t.

		their Oath do present that whereas a Certain Charles Hill late of

   South Sassafrax lower hundred Servant of a Certain Francis Collins late of South
   Sassafrax Lower hundred af^d. Cordwinder the ninth day of May in the Year
   of our Lord Christ one thousand Seven hundred and Twenty Att South ~~South~~
   Sassafrax lower hundred af^d: for Suspicion of the prepense malicious and
   felonious burning of the Court house of the S^d L^d. prop^ry: in the Town of Chester in
   Kent County af^d: was taken and Arested and afterwards viz^t: the Ninth day of may
   in the Year af^d: at South Sassafrax lower hundred af^d. in Shrewsberry Parish in
   Kent County af^d: and within the Jurisdiction of this Court by William Comegys
   Gentleman then and now at this present time one of the Justices of our S^d L^d:
   Proprietary the peace in the County af^d: to keep as also diverse felonies trespasses
   and other misdemeanours in the County af^d: Don to hear and Determine appointed
   for the af^d: Suspicion of the af^d: prepense malicious felonious burning of the
   Court house af^d: by the af^d: Charles Hill Supposed to be done Examined then &
   there by the Said William Comegys Gentⁿ. Into the Goal of our S^d Lord Prop^ry in Kent
   County af^d. in the Custody of Simon Wilmer Gentⁿ: then and now Sheriff of the County
