520 June Court 1720. his Rule and dignity and against the form of an act of assembly of this Province now in force in Such Case made and provided Evid: Simon Wilmor Sheriff DMacbride pr Ld propry: Billa Vera Abram Redgrave foreman And the Sd Edward Dwire in his properson appears to the Indictment afd. And this Court Orders that the Same be Quashed and that all pro: ceedings thereon Cease, but that he the Sd Edward Dwire Shall pay the fees on the Sd Indictment amounting to the Summ of two hundred pounds of Tobacco on which Comes into Court John Dwire of Sd County and assumes the fees afd. on the premisses afd and that the Sd Edward Dwire be there from Acquitt.
