   mean time to be of Good behaviour with which he acknowledges himself Con=

        John Dwire and John Walls both of Kent County Planters do acknowledge
   themselves Indebted to his Lordship the Lord Proprietary of this province his
   heires and Successors in the Summ of Tenn pounds Sterling money each to
   be leveyed on their Goods and Chatles Lands and Tenements Conditionally
   that if the afd. Edward Dwire does not appear and answer as afd. and in the
   mean time that he be of good behaviour wherewith they and each of them ac=
   knowled themselves Content

   Edward Dwire | Edward Dwire for breaking prison out of the


Custody of Simon Wilmer Gent. high Sheriff of
   Sd. County which Presentment was by David Macbride Clerk of Indictments
   formed unto a Bill of Indictment as follows vizt
        Kent County Sst The Jurors for the^RightHonble: the Lord proprietary that
   now is and the Body of Kent County on their Oath do present that whereas
   a Certain Edward Dwire late of South Sassafrax upper hundred in
   Shrewberry parish in Kent County within the Jurisdiction of this Court
   Yeoman the fifteenth day of Aprile in the Year of our Lord Christ one
   thousand Seven hundred and Nineteen at the hundred parish County & within
   the Jurisdiction afd. by Virtue and force of a writt issued out of Sd County
   Court directed to the Sheriff of Kent County dated the twenty first day of
   march in the Year of our Lord Christ one thousand Seven hundred and
   Ninteen was taken and by Simon Wilmer Gentn. then and there Sheriff of
   the afd County into the Goal of our Sd Lord proprietary in the County afd.
   in the Custody of the Sd Simon Wilmer Gentn then and now Sheriff of the County
   afd. there to remain and Safely to be kept till Such time as according to Law &
   Custome of our Sd Lord propry he Should be delivered he the Sd Edward Dwire
   was Committed Nevertheless the afd. Edward Dwire in the Goal afd. under the
   Custody of the afd. Simon Wilmer Gentn then and now Sheriff of the County afd.
   at Chester hundred in St Pauls parish in Kent County within the Jurisdiction
   afd. the twenty fifth day of Aprile in the Year of our Lord Christ one thousand
   Seven hundred and twenty by Usual form of Law being the twenty Sixth
   day of Aprile in the Year last mentioned the Sd Goal of our Sd Ld p^ropry in Kent
   County afd: at the hundred parish County and within the Jurisdiction last
   mentioned feloniously did brake and out of the Sd. Goal in the Custody of
   the afd. Simon Wilmer Gentn. then Sheriff of Sd. County then and there last
   mentioned feloniously did go and Escape against the peace of our Sd Ld propry: his
