you that you take the body of George Warner of Kent County
   Planter alis Dics George Warner of Kent County Planter if he Shall be found in
   your Bailywick and him Safe keep So that y.o have his body before the Justices of
   our next County Court to be held at our court house house in the Town of Chester .
   in Said County on the third Tuseday in June next to Satisfie unto Thomas Jones.
   Plt~ as well the Sume of five Thousand pounds of Tobacco Debt by the afd.
   Plt~. Recovered against the Said Deft~ before the Justices of our Said Court on
   the Twentieth day of March Instant~ whereof he is Convict as appears upon—
   Record as also the Sume of four hundred and Seventeen pounds of Tobacco
   Cost of Sute as also together with the Sume of forty Six pounds of Tobacco
   additionall Cost hereof faile not at your perill and have y.o then and there
   this writ Witness Nathaniel Hynson Gent~. chiefe Justice of our Said Court~.
   this Twenty first day of March in the Second Year of our Dominion &ca. Anno
