   Thousand Seven hundred and Eighteen the day of Return of Said writ came —
   Simon Wilmer Gent~ high Sherf of Said County and made return thereof in—
   these words thereon Endorsed as folls vizt. These are to Certifie to the Justices —
   within mentioned that I have made of the goods & Chattells of the within Deft~
   to the value of Six hundred pounds to Satisfie to ye within Plt~ part of the Judgmt.

   William Frisby | Commanded it was to the Sherf of Kent County the—
             at | Twenty first day of March in the Second Year of his —
   Michl. Byrne — | Lord Ships Dominion &ca. That he take Michael


Byrne of Kent County Cordwinder if he Should be found in


his Bailywick and him Safe keep So that he have his -
   body before his Said Lordships Justices of the next Court to be held at our Court house
   in the Town of Chester in Said County to Answer unto William Frisby of a plea of
   Trespass of the Case And that he have then And there the Said Writt—
   &ca. At w^hich Said next Court vizt. the Seventeenth day of June Annoqe
   Domini One Thousand Seven hundred and Eighteen the day of return of~
   Said writ Came Simon Wilmer Gent~ high Sherf of Said County and made return~
   thereof in these words thereon Endorsed as folls vizt. Cepi Corpus pr S:Wilmer Sherf.
   And the Said Deft~. being called came and the Said Plt~. by Thomas Bowne his
   Attry. Prays that the Said Deft~. may give Special baile to the afd Accon wch.
   is granted    After which Thomas Gideons of Said County here in Court cometh and
   Acknowledgeth himselfe as Special baile in the above Accõn and doth undertake
   for the Said Deft~ the Paym.t~ of the Damages afd and Cost thereon accruing if the
   Deft~ Shall be Cast in the Same And the Condemnation Shall not Satisfie
                                                                                                            nor
