by [ye Sd Court?][illegible] his Lordship [illegible] George Mecay and [illegible] at ye Same time afd Entered into Recoge. in ye Sum tenn pds Sterlg to be Leveyd &ca. And now at this Cort. no person Shewing any cause [illegible] Sd Recoge Should not be dischd this Cort here discharges ye Same Robert Mecay and Roger Hix at ye Same time afd as Suretys for ye Sd George [Mecay] in the Sum of five pounds Sterlf Each This Court here discharges the Said Recognizances each of them
to the jurors Unknown and that in the mean time he Shall be of good be= haviour George Macay afd. Acknowledges himself indebted to his Lordship the Lord Proprietary of this province his heires and Successors in the Sum of Tenn pounds Sterling money to be leveyed on his good & Chatles Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if he does not make his perosnall ap= pearance here at next Court and answere to the Indictment afd. and Stand and abide the Determination of the Court thereupon and in the mean time to be of good behaviour wherewith he acknowledges himself Content. Robert Macay and John Clarke both of Kent County planters present here in Court acknowledge themselves Indebted to his Lordship the Lord Proprietary of this province his heires and Successors in the Summ of five pounds Sterling money Each to be Leveyed on their Goods and Chatles Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if the afd George Macay does not appear and answere as afd. and be of good behaviour in the mean time wherewith they acknowledge themselves and each of them Content. Ordered That Philip Holeadger Senr. Enter into Recognizance for his appearance here at next Court as an Evidence agst the Sd George Mackay Philip Holeadger Senior Acknowledges himself Indebted to his Lordship the Lord Proprietary of this province his heires and Successors in the Sum of five pounds Sterling money Conditionally that if he does not appear here at next Court as an Evidence in behalf of his Lordship against George Macay wherewith he acknowledges himself Content.
