^DM Lordship ——	\|	This being an Accõn of Trespass on the Case
a^t	\|	Commenced by the S^d L^d Proprieatory ags^t.
Elizabeth Baker	\|	the S^d Elizabeth Baker. and wherein the
		Sheriff of Kent County to whom the writt in the

   Said Accõn was directed makes Return to the Court hereon the third teusday
   in June viz^t the 21^st day of S^d Month Anno Domⁱ 1720 being the day of
   Return of S^d Writt Cepi Corpus p^r Simon Wilmer Sheriff.
        Kent County Ss^t The Jurors for the hon^ble: the L^d Proprietary &
   the Body of Kent County on their oath do present that Elizabeth Baker
   wife of a Certain Molatto man called Anthony Baker late of Easter neck
   hundred the tenth day of october in the Year of our Lord Christ one thous=
   and Seven hundred and Nineteen at Easter Neck hundred af^d. in S^t pauls
   Parish in Kent County within the Jurisdiction of this Court and at diverse
   other times the fear of God before her Eyes not haveing but by the Instiga=
   tion of the Devill Adultry did Committ to the high displeasure of Almighty
   God against the peace of our S^d Lord prop^ry his rule and dignity and
   against the form of an Act of assembly of this province now in force
   in Such Case made and provided
   Evid. Fred Hanson Edw^d Davis                      DMacbride p^r L^d prop^ry.
      and William Robarts
                On the Back of the preceeding Indictment was Endorst as foll^s viz^t.
                Billa Vera Abra^m Redgrave foreman
      And the af^d. Elizabeth Baker in her proper person Comes and De=
   fends the force and Injury when &c. and appears to the af^d. Indictm^t.
   And the af^d. David Macbride Clerk of the Indictments Comes into
   Court and Saith that he hath not Sufficient Evidence to prove the
   p^rmisses in the af^d Indictment Upon which by Consent of the
   Court he Enters that the S^d Indictment be no further prosecuted and that
   all proceedings thereon Cease but that the S^d Elizabeth Baker pay the fees
   on the Same Indictment amounting to three hundred and Sixty Eight
   ———————————— pounds of Tobacco
