   Comitt with a Certain Elizabeth Marsey wife of a Certain Thomas Marsey
   to the high displeasure of Almighty God to the Evill and pernicious Example
   of others, against the peace of our Sd Ld Proprietary his Rule and dignity
   and against the form of an Act of Assembly of this province now in force
   in Such Case made and provided                                          DMacbride pr Dno. Prpy

           On the Back of the preceeding Indictment was Endorst as folls vizt.^ And the
   Said Robert Brown pleads not guilty and for tryall puts himself on God
   & the Country            Robt Brown pr pr.
      And the afd Robert Brown in his proper person Comes & Defends the
   afd. David Macbride Clerk of the Indictments Comes into Court and Saith
   that he hath not Sufficient Evidences to prove the premiss in the afd Indictmt.
   upon which by Consent of the Court he Enters that the Sd Indictment
   be no further prosecuted and that all proceedings thereon Cease. But that
   the Sd Robert Brown pay the fees on the Sd Indictment amounting to
   four hundred and fifty Eight pounds of Tobacco

     Josiah Crouch      | menced by the Sd Ld propry. against the Sd Josiah
   Crouch, and wherein the Sheriff of Kent County to whome the writ in the Sd
   Action was directed makes Return to the Court here on the third Teusday
   in June vizt the 21st day of the Said Month being the day of Return of
   Sd Writt Cepi Corpus pr Simon Wilmer Sheriff.
           Kent County Sst. The Jurors for the Honble the Lord proprietary &
   the body of Kent County on their oath do present that Josiah Crouch late
   of Easter Neck hundred Planter the tenth day of October in the Year of our
   Lord Christ one thousand Seven hundred and Nineteen at Easter Neck
   hundred afd. in St. Pauls parish in Kent County with in the Jurisdiction
   of this Court and at diverse other times as well before as after the fear
   of God before his Eyes not haveing but by the Instigation of the Devill
   Adultry did Committ with a Certain Elizabeth Baker wife of a Certain
   Molatto Man Called Anthony Baker to the high displeasure of Almighty
   God to the Evil and pernicious Example of others agains the peace of
   our Said Lord propry: his Rule and Dignity & against the form of an
