William Graves Thomas Piner Arthur Foreman Mathew Piner Thomas Jones Thomas Boots James Piner Thomas Ricker Daniel Cooly Rice Jones George Murphett Nathaniell Rickets who being duely elected try’d and Sworn to Say the truth in the premisses upon their Oath doe S Say that they find the Sd Elizabeth Marsey not Guilty as She Stands Indicted and by William Graves their Foreman all So Say. The Said Elizabeth Marsy prays Judgement on the Verdict afd. Therefore It is Con= Sidered by the Justices here the 29th day of July Anno Domi 1720 afd that the afd Elizabeth Marsey as to the afd Indictment go thereof without day and that She be therefrom acquitted, but that the Sd Elizabeth Marsey pay the Summ of Eight hundred and forty pounds of Tobacco by the Court here Adjudged to her for her Costs and Charges accrueing on the premises afd. to the officers of this Court Jams Smith Clk
be discharged Robert Brown afd. Entered into Recognizance the time afd. in the Sum of Ten pounds Sterling money to be Leveyed on his Goods and Chatles Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if he did not make his personal appearance here at this Court to answer what Shall be objected against him on his Lorships behalf and in the mean time to be of good behaviour. And no person appearing to Shew Cause to the Contrary why the Sd Recogce: Should not be discharged the Court here discharges the Same Robert Brown and Peter Mercy Entered into Recognizance in the Sum of five pounds Sterling money each to be Leveyed on their Goods & Chatles Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if the afd. Robert Brown Should not make his personall Apearance here to answer as afd. and in the mean time to be of good behaviour. This Court here discharges the Same Recogces: each of them Kent County Sst.
