   Tobacco Cost of Sute as also together with the Same of forty Six pounds of Tobacco
   additionall Cost hereof faile not at your perill and have yo. then and there this writ

   Seven hundred and Eighteen the day of return of Said writ came Simon Wilmer
   Gent~. high Sherf of Said County and made return thereof in these words thereon

take the body of William Powell late of Kent County Planter if


he Shall be found in your Bailywick and him Safe keep So
   that yo. have his body before the Justices of our next County Court to be held at our Court
   house in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third Tuesday in June next to -
   Satisfie unto John Moll as well the Sume of five hundred pounds of Tobacco Damages
   by the afd Plt~. Recovered against the Said Deft~ before the Justices of our Said Court
   on the Twenty first day of March Instant whereof he is Convict as appears upon
   Record as also the Sume of Three hundred Seventy three pounds of Tobacco Cost of
   Sute as also together with the Sume of forty Six pounds of Tobacco additionall
   Cost hereof faile not at your perill and have yo. then and there this writ witness .
   Nathaniel Hynson Gent. chiefe Justice of our Said Court this 21st. day of March
   in the third year of our Dominion &ca. Anno Domi 1717

County Planter in your Bailywick yo. cause to be made
   the Sume of four hundred and fourteen pounds of Tobacco & thirteen Shillings —
   Current money Damages and also the Sume of four hundred forty nine pounds
   of Tobacco Cost of Sute which a Certain Samuel Philips of Said County Planter by
   Consideration of our Justices of the Said County at a Court held for Said County at the
   Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County on the Twentieth day of March
   instant Recovered against the Said John Jones Whereof the Said Jones is Convict
   as appears upon Record together with the Sume of Sixty pounds of Tobacco additionall
   Cost And the Same have yo. before the Justices of our Said County to be held at our
   Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third Tuesday in June next~
   to Render unto the afd Samuel Philips for his Damages and Costs afd and —
   have you then & there this writ witness Nathaniel Hynson Gent~. chiefe
