June Court 1720 507 Court Acknowledges himself Indebted to his Lordship the Lord proprietary of this his heires & Successors Province^ in the Summ of five pounds Sterling to be Levyed on his Goods Chatles Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if he does not appear here at next Court as an Evidence on behalf of his Lordship against the afd David Ford wherewith he acknoweldges himself Content Ordered That George Murphet Enter into Recognizance for his appearance at next Court as an Evidence on behalf of his Lordship against the afd David Ford. George Murphett of Kent County Planter present here in Court ac= knowledges himself Indebted to his Lordship the Lord proprietary of this Province his heires and Successors in the Summ of five pounds Sterling to be Levied on his Goods & Chatles Lands and Tenements Condi= tionally that if he does not appear here at next Court as an Evidence on behalf of his Lordship against the afd.
