   Court Acknowledges himself Indebted to his Lordship the Lord proprietary of this
          his heires & Successors
   Province^ in the Summ of five pounds Sterling to be Levyed on his Goods Chatles
   Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if he does not appear here at next
   Court as an Evidence on behalf of his Lordship against the afd David Ford
   wherewith he acknoweldges himself Content
          Ordered That George Murphet Enter into Recognizance for his
   appearance at next Court as an Evidence on behalf of his Lordship against
   the afd David Ford.
          George Murphett of Kent County Planter present here in Court ac=
   knowledges himself Indebted to his Lordship the Lord proprietary of this
   Province his heires and Successors in the Summ of five pounds Sterling
   to be Levied on his Goods & Chatles       Lands and Tenements Condi=
   tionally that if he does not appear here at next Court as an Evidence on
   behalf of his Lordship against the afd. David Ford wherewith he acknow
   ledges himself Content .
             Ordered That John Rogers Enter into Recognizance for his
   appearance at next to prosecute the afd. David Ford on behalf of his Lordship
   in an Indictment against him for felloniously Stealing a Mare Colt of the
   Goods and Chatles of the Sd John Rogers.
               John Rogers of Kent County Planter Acknowledges himself
   Indebted to his Lordship the Lord proprietary of this province his heires
   and Successors in the Summ of Tenn pounds Sterling money to be Leveyd
   of his Goods and Chatles Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if he
   does not appear here at next Court to prosecute on behalf of his Lordship
   the afd. David Ford in a Certain Indictment against him for fellonious:
   ly Stealling a mare Cold of the Goods and Chatles of the afd John Rogers
   wherewith he acknowledges himself Content .
                Ordered That Benjamin Butler Enter into Recognizance
   for his appearance at next Court as an Evidence on behalf of his Lordship
   against the afd. David Ford.
      Benjamin Butler of Kent County Planter Acknowledges himself
   Indebted to his Lordship the Lord proprietary of this province his heires and
   Succcessors in the Summ of Tenn pounds Sterling money to be Levyed of
   his Goods Chatles Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if he does not
   appear here at next Court as an Evidence on behalf of his Lordship
   against the afd. David Ford wherewith he acknowledges himself
   Content
