   present in Court acknowledge themselves Indebted to his Lordship the Lord
   Proprietary of this province in the Summ of tenn pounds Sterling each
   to be leveyed on their Goods and Chatles Lands and Tenements Conditionally
   that if the Sd David Ford do not appear and answere as afd and that in the
   mean time he Shall be of good behaviour wherewith they and each of
   them acknowledge themselves to be Content
   —–       Ordered by the Court here that Thomas Windall and Ann Uxr.
   enter into Recognizance for their appearance at next Court as Evidences
   on his LdShips behalfe against the Sd David Ford
          Thomas Windall and Ann his wife here present in Court acknowledge
   themselves Indebted to his LdShip the Ld propriatory of this province in the
   Summ of five pounds Sterling money each to be Leveyed on their Goods
   and Chatles Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if they doe not ap=
   pear at next Court as Evidences on his Lordship’s behalfe against the afd
   David Ford wherewith they and each of them acknowledge themselves
   Content
   ——    Ordered That Peter Cole enter into Recognizance
   for his appearance here at next Court as an Evidence on his Lordsps
   behalfe against the Sd. David Ford
             Peter Cole of Kent County Planter here in Court present ac:
   knowledges himself Indebted to his Lordship the Lord proprietary of this
   Province his heires and Successors in the Summ five pounds Sterling to
   be Leveyed on his Goods and Chatles Lands and Tenements Conditionally
   if he does not appear at next Court here as an Evidence in behalf of
   his Sd Lordship against afd David Ford wherewith he acknowledges him=
   Self Content
   ——     Ordered That Joseph Butler enter into Recognizance for
   his appearance at next Court as an Evidence on his Lordships behalf agst
   the afd David Ford.
             Joseph Butler of Kent County Planter here in Court present acknow=
   ledges himself Indebted to his Lordship the Ld proprietary of this province
   his heires and Successors in the Sum of five pounds Sterling money to be Leveyed
   here at next Court as an Evidence on his Lordship’s behalfe against the
   afd David Ford wherewith he acknowledges himselfe Content.
        Ordered by the Court That Christopher Hall enter into Recogniz:
   ance for his apearance at next Court as an Evidence on his Lordships
   behalf against the the Sd David Ford.
