504 June Court 1720 William Woodland haveing a Certain James Dewrty an apprentice bound to him to learn the Trade of a Carpenter and other Learning as by the Indenture may more at large appear the Sd Woodland Saith that he Cannot well perform as by Indenture he is oblidged prays that the Court will Consent he may assign him to another Trade on which the Court Consents that the Said Woodland may assigne the Sd Apprentice to John Marshall of this County to learn the Trade of a Shoemaker the Sd Woodland takeing Care that what Else he was to do for the Sd Apprentice may be performed Court adjourns till to Morrow at Eight a Clock July 29} Again Meets. 1720 }
that his Said Recognizance for his appearance as afd. be discharged as also his Suretys Edward Skinner afd. his Recognizance taken to the uses of his Sd Lordship his heires and Successors in the Summ of twenty pounds Sterling to be leveyed in his goods and Chatles Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if he did not appear and answer unto a Certain Indictment found against him by the Grand Jury for felloniously Stealing a horse being the Goods and Chatles of a Certain person unknown and that he was to answere the Same at any time dureing the Court Sitting, and that in the mean time he was to be of good behaviour and now at this day no person appearing to Shew any Cause why the Sd Recognizance Should not be discharged the Court here discharges the Same Recognizance John Walls and Darby Shehon of the Sd County planters at the Same time afd: as Suretys for the afd Edward Skinner Entered into Recognizance for |
