a^t	\|	Case Commenced by the S^d plt^f. ag^st the
William Simpson	\|	S^d Def^t. wherein the Sheriff of S^d County
		to whome the writt immediate in the

   Said action was directed Returned the Same Endorsed as
   foll^s viz^t. Non est Inventus p^r Simon Wilmer Sher^f.
    Richard Davis a^st William Simpson Trespass on the Case The Cause
   of this action is the af^d. Def^t. Stands Indebted unto the af^d plt^f in the
   Summ of ten Shill^s Currant money of the province of Maryland
   and five hundred and ten pounds of merchantable Tobacco in an
   Account hereunto annexed Sett forth which Sum of Ten Shill^s Currant
   money as af^d. and the Sum of five hundred and ten pounds of Mer:
   chantable Tobacco as af^d. remains due by the S^d Def^t to the S^d plt^f

March 30 To 204^lb of pork at 2½^lb Tob^o p^r pound 510^{lb Tob^o}	\|	as he hath Complyed with the Law in
Errors Excepted p^r Richard Davis	\|	order to an attachment he may have Judge:

   ment against the Said William Simpson according to Act of Assembly for his
   damages by occasion of the premises af^d. by way of Attachment wherefor for that
   it Seems to the Court here the 28^th day of July anno Domⁱ 1720 that the af^d.
   Richard Davis hath Complyed with the Law Therefore it is Considered by the
   Court here the 28^th day of July Anno Domⁱ 1720. af^d. that the S^d Richard
   Davis Recover against the S^d William Simpson as well the Sum mof Tenn Shill^s
   Currant money and five hundred and ten pounds of Tobacco his damages af^d
   as also all Costs and Charges by the Said Richard Davis laid out and Expended
   about this Suit by way of Attachment against the Goods Chatles Rights and
   Credits of the S^d. William Simpson according to act of Assembly in that Case
   made and provided
   Cost on the afd Judgment 210^{lb Tob^o}
