Stands Indebted unto the afd pltf in the Summ of ten Shills Currant money of the province of Maryland and five hundred and ten pounds of merchantable Tobacco in an Account hereunto annexed Sett forth which Sum of Ten Shills Currant money as afd. and the Sum of five hundred and ten pounds of Mer: chantable Tobacco as afd. remains due by the Sd Deft to the Sd pltf and unpaid DMacbride pr qur
damages by occasion of the premises afd. by way of Attachment wherefor for that it Seems to the Court here the 28th day of July anno Domi 1720 that the afd. Richard Davis hath Complyed with the Law Therefore it is Considered by the Court here the 28th day of July Anno Domi 1720. afd. that the Sd Richard Davis Recover against the Sd William Simpson as well the Sum mof Tenn Shills Currant money and five hundred and ten pounds of Tobacco his damages afd as also all Costs and Charges by the Said Richard Davis laid out and Expended about this Suit by way of Attachment against the Goods Chatles Rights and Credits of the Sd. William Simpson according to act of Assembly in that Case made and provided Cost on the afd Judgment 210lb Tobo Jams Smith Clk
