account proved in open Court by the oath of the within Edward Mitchell as within Stated Balle Thirteen pound Eighteen Shills and Eight pence Currt money and Nine hundred & Eighty two pounds of Tobacco proved in open Cort Jams Smith Clk Whereupon the Said Edward Mitchell by Thomas Bowne His attorney prays that for as much as he hath Complyed with the Law in order for an Attachment he may have Judgement against the Sd Josiah Richardson fo rhis Damages by occasion of the premisses by way of an attachment according to act of Assembly Whereupon for that it Seems to the Court here the 28th day of July Anno Domi 1720 that the Sd Edward Mitchell hath Complyed with the Law. Therefore it is Considered by the Justices this 28th day of July Anno Domi 1720 afd. that the Sd Edward Mitchell Recover against the Sd Josiah Richardson as well the Sum of thirteen pounds Eighteen Shills and Eight pence Currant money and Nine hundred and Eighty two pounds of Tobacco his Damages afd. as allso three hund= =red and fourteen pounds of Tobacco Costs and Charges laid out and Ex= =pended by the Sd. Edward Mitchell in this Suit, by way of an attach= =ment against the Goods Chatles Rights and Credits of the Sd Josiah Richardson, according to act of assembly in Such Cases made and provided Jams Smith Clk |
