   injury when &c^a. And prays leave to imparle hereunto untill next Co^rt.

      Thereupon M^r John Johnson of Kent County Gent here in Court pre=
   Sent undertakes for the S^d. George Gleaves that in Case the Said Richard
   Smithers and Uxor Shall recover Judgement against the S^d George Gleaves
   in the Accõn af^d. or that he the S^d George Gleaves Should be therein Convict
