temore &ca. To the Sheriff of Kent County Greet:
   ing We Command you that you attach any the goods Chatles Rights or
   Credits of Murtough Mahony of Kent County Planter if they Shall
   be found in your Bailiwick to the value of four Thousand three
   hundred pounds of Tobacco and when you have the Same So attached
   or any part thereof the Same in your Custody Safe keep So that you have
   them before the Justices of our next County Court to be held at our Court
   house in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third teusday in
   June next then and there to be Condemned according to act of Assembly
   to and for the Use of a Certain James Cruckshank unless the Said
   Murtough Mahony by himself or his Attorney Shall appear and
   Answer unto the Sd James Cruckshank in a plea of Trespass of the
   Case according to Law and that by good and Lawfull men of your
   Bailiwick you make known unto the person or persons in whose hands
   you make the Same Attachment that he She or they be and appear befor
   the Justices of our Sd Court to be held as afd to Shew Cause if any he She or
   they have why the Same goods Chatles Rights or Credits So attached in his
   her or their hands ought not to be Condemned according to Law if to
   him her or them it Shall Seem meet and how you Shall Execute this writt
   that you make known unto our Sd Justices at the day and place afd and
   have you then and there this writt Witness Nathll. Hynson Gentn. Chief
   Justice of our Sd Court this twenty first day of March in the fifth year
   of our Dominion &c Anno Domini 1719

        On the Back of the preceeding Attachmt was Endorst as foll vizt.
   I do hereby Certify to the Justices within mentioned that on the 6th day
   of aprill in the year of our Lord Christ one thousand Seven hundred
   and Twenty I have attached in the hands of James Harris Esqr at
   Eastern Neck hundred in Kent County within the Jurisdiction of this
   Court five hundred pounds of Tobacco of the proper Goods of the
   within mentioned Murtough Mahoney before Abarahm Redgrave
