   Junr: and Thomas Hynson two good and Lawfull men of my Bailywick
   to Satisfy in part the debt and Cost as the within writt directeth and the Sd.
   Summ of five hundred pounds of Tobacco have in my Custody to be Con=
   demned according to Law and the Same have made known to the Sd Jams
   Harris Esqr. to Shew Cause if any he hath why the Sd five hundred pounds
   of Tobacco Should not be Condemned as the within writt directeth

   Whereupon the Sd James Cruckshank by his Attorney afd. prays
   that upon giveing Security according to act of Assembly the Sum
   So as afd Attached in the hands of the person afd. may be Condemned
   in the hands of the Sd person as of the Goods Chatles Rights or Creditts
   of the Said Murtough Mahony towards Satisfying unto the Sd James
   Cruckshank as well part of his damages recovered in the plea afd. as part
   his Costs and Charges accrued by occasion of the pr:misses &ca
        And whereupon the Sd person altho’ Solemnly Called doth not Come but makes
   default nor does any person appear or Shew Cause
      Thereupon Mr David Macbride present here in Court Un:
   dertakes for the^sdJames Cruckshank that in Case the Said Murtough
   Mahony as afd. Shall at any time within a year and a day appear
   and make all or any part of the Sd James Cruckshank his Claime agst
   him appear to be Satisfyed or otherwise to have been undue be=
   fore the laying of this attachmt: that then the Sd James Cruckshank
   Shall make Restitution unto him the Sd Murtough Mahoney of all or
   Such part thereof as Shall be made appear to be undue or that he the
   Said David Macbride will doe it for him
           Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the 28th day
   day of July anno Domi 1720 that the Said Sume of five hundred
   pounds of Tobacco So as afd. Attached in the hands of James Harris
   Esqr. afd. be Condemned in the hands of the Same James Harris
   as of the Goods Chatles Rights or Credits of the Sd Murtough Maho:
   ney towards Satisfying unto the Sd. James Cruckshank as well part of
   his Damages Recovered in the plea afd as part his Costs and Charges
   accrued by occasion of the pr.misses afd. and that the Sd James Cruckshank
   have his Execution agains the Sd James Harris according to act
