                                           June Court 1720                                475 
   Whereupon the afd. Nathaniell Hynson by his attorney afd.
   prays that upon giveing Security according to act of Assembly the Sever:
   all Sums So as afd. Attached in the hands of the Severall persons afd. may
   be Condemned in the hands of the Severall prsons afd. as of the goods and Chat[les]
   Rights and Credits of the afd Murtough Mahoney towards Satisfying —
   unto the Sd. Nathaniell Hynson as well his Damages recovered in the plea afd.
   as his Costs and Charges accrued by occasion of the prmisses afd.
   And whereupon the Sd Severall persons altho Severally & Solemnly Called
   come not but make Default nor does any other person appear or Shew
   Cause
        There upon James Smith of Kent County Gentn. prsent here in Court
   Undertakes for the Sd. Nathaniell Hynson that in Case the Sd. Murtough —
   Mahoney Shall at any time within a year and a day appear and make all
   or any part of the Sd Nathaniell Hynson his Claime agt: him appear
   to be Satisfyed or otherwise to have been undue before the laying of this
   Attachmt. that then the Sd Nathaniell Hynson Shall make Restitution
   the Said Murtough Mahoney of all or Such part there of as Shall be made
   appear to be undue &ca. or that he the Sd James Smith will do it for him
        Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the 28th day of July
   anno Domi. 1720 afd. that the Said Summ of Seven hundred pounds of Tobacco
                                                                       and four pence
   of the afd. value of two pounds Eighteen Shillings^ Currant money So as
   afd Attached in the hands of Jacob Glen, as also the Sd Summ of four hun:
   dred and fifty pounds of tobacco of the afd value of one pound Seven=
   teen Shills and Six pence Currant money afd. So as afd Attached in
   the hands of John Ingram, as also the the Sd. Summ of Seven hundred
   pounds of Tobacco of the afd value of two pounds Eighteen Shills and
   four pence money afd. So as afd Attached in the hands of Owen Whally
   be Condemned in the hands of Severall persons afd. as of the Goods &
   Chatles Rights and Credits of the Sd Murtough Mahoney towards
   Satisfying unto the Sd. Nathaniell Hynson as well his Damages reco=
   vered in the plea afd. as his Costs and Charges acrued by occasion of
   the prmisses afd. &ca. and that the Sd. Nathaniell Hynson have his Execu:
   tion against the Sd Severall persons according to Act of Assembly &ca.
