   Condemned according to Law if to him her or them it Shall Seem meet
   and how you Shall Execute this Writt that you make known unto
   our Sd Justices at the day and place afd. and have you then and there this
   Writt Witness Nathll. Hynson Gentn. Chief Justice of our Sd Court this
   twenty first day of march in the fifth year of our Dominion &c anno
   Domini 1719

      On the back of the preceding Attcht: was Endorst as folls vizt.
   To the Justices in the writt hereunto Annexed mentioned I Certify that
   by virtue of the Sd writt hereto annexed to me directed vizt on the
   tenth day of June Anno Domi one thousand Seven hundred and twenty
   at the County and Jurisdiction in the Sd writt mentioned I have attached
   of the Goods and Chatles Rights and Credits of Mortough Mahoney
   in the Sd writt mentioned before goods and Lawfull men of my Baily:
   wick (vizt) in the hands of Jacob Glen the Summ of Seven hundred
   pounds of Tobacco before John Wilson and John Huff of the value of
   two pounds Eighteen Shillings and four pence Currant money of Mary:
   land and in the hands of John Ingram before Fredrick Hanson and
   John Cooper the Sume of four hundred and fifty pounds of Tobacco
   of the valueofone pound Seventeen Shillings & Six pence Currant money
   afd. and also in the hands of Owen Whally before Thomas Gideons and
   Thomas Hynson Seven hundred pounds of Tobacco of the value of
   two pounds Eighteen Shillings and four pence Currant money to Satis:
   :fy Nathaniell Hynson in the Sd Writt mentioned in part of four pounds
   fourteen Shillings & Six pence Currant money and^oftwelve hundred
   pounds of Tobacco in the Sd writt mentioned and have the Same here ready
   to be Condemned according as in the Sd writt mentioned for the use of the Sd.
   Nathaniell Hynson, And also at the time place in the Sd writt mentioned
   have made known to the Sd Jacob Glen before John Wilson & John Huff
   good and Lawfull men of my Bailiwick and to the Sd. John Ingram before
   Fredrick Hanson & John Cooper good & Lawfull men of my Bailiwick
   and to the Sd Owen Whally before Thomas Gideons and Thomas Hynson
   Good and Lawfull men of my Bailiwick that they be and apear before the
   Justices in the Sd writt Named at the time and place in the Sd writt —
   mentioned to Shew Cause if he or they or any of them have why the Sd Goods &
   Chatles Rights & Credits attached as afd. Should not be Condemned as the sd
